  • Q: I'm new to the Snacks To You program. What is the minimum Snacks To You order?
  • A: The minimum Snacks To You order is $25.
  • Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
  • A: We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), eChecks or Frito-Lay Billing. A customer service representative will be able to assist you with setting up your payment method.
  • Q: How much will shipping cost?
  • A: Shipping on all Snacks To You orders is FREE and will be delivered to your store by UPS.
  • Q: Can you ship to my P.O. Box?
  • A: To ensure an accurate and timely delivery of the freshest products, we will only ship to your place of business.
  • Q: Can I place my first order online?
  • A: Your first order can only be placed by calling a customer service representative at 888-600-6620, Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. CT. Every order after the first one can be placed by phone, fax or web. Your customer service representative will assist you in getting set up with online ordering.
  • Q: I am set up to order online, but am having trouble placing my order. What should I do?
  • A: Customer service representatives are able to assist you Monday through Friday from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. CT, at 888-600-6620. You can also use the Click to Chat option to reach a representative during those hours. There is an online ordering tutorial video found under the HELP CENTER tab that can help walk you through the ordering process.
  • Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
  • A: Your first order will be delivered to you within 5 business days. Subsequent orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
  • Q: Will I receive tracking information for my order?
  • A: If you have a valid email address on file with us, you will receive a shipment confirmation containing the UPS tracking number when the order is shipped.
  • Q: If I pay with a checking account do I have to mail in a check?
  • A: No, if you choose the check debit option, your balance will be debited electronically.
  • Q: How do I update information on my account?
  • A: Customer service representatives are able to assist you Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. CT, at 888-600-6620.
  • Q: Can I order a display to hold my product?
  • A: Cardboard displays are ordered and delivered with your snack order upon request. A two-foot metal display can be requested from a customer service representative based on ordering volume. The metal display will be sent in two separate flat boxes apart from your product order. These are delivered within 3-4 weeks. To inquire about metal rack eligibility, please contact your customer service representative.
  • Q: How much product do the displays hold?
  • A: The cardboard display holds about $55 (wholesale value) worth of Frito-Lay products. The two-foot metal display holds up to $175 (wholesale value) worth of products when fully loaded. Click here for more info about the available displays.
  • Q: Do you have a policy about Frito-Lay products that is past the sell-by date?
  • A: We guarantee our Frito-Lay products to have 21 days of freshness remaining when you receive them. Since you control the quantity ordered, you are responsible for product rotation. We recommend that stores rotate products so that later sell-by dates get placed in the back of the shelf and earlier sell-by dates are placed in front.   • Q: Why are certain products that I like not available?
  • A: We strive to offer a variety of products to our customers. Sometimes products are only offered for a limited time or not available in the sizes offered by the program. Customer service representatives can suggest other alternatives for you.
  • Q: Where can I find nutritional/allergen information on the products?

  • Q: What alternatives do I have if I do not want to participate in Frito-Lay Snacks To You?
  • A: Frito-Lay products are also available from club stores and local wholesalers.
